To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全店老闆娘一腳踢上菜速度以一人嚟講其實好快不過佢性格率直有時態度一般叫咗雙蛋豬扒飯配自製豉油同蔥油送飯一流香茅味好出豬扒份量適中不過唔會煮過火仲有肉汁環境係偏差同舊不過如果唔介意絕對係值得支持嘅小店Ordered Lemongrass Pork Chop Rice with Double Sunny-side-up eggs Pork chop is really aromatic and also cooked perfectly. Topped with homemade soy sauce and scallion oil gives you the perfect match for the rice. Worth trying if you dont mind the rather unpleasant environment. The shopkeeper runs everything by herself so might have to bear with the wait or sometimes her attitude. Worth supp
