To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

基隆茶餐厅一直都好想去基隆茶餐厅，咁啱要入粉嶺，梗係試下佢掂唔掂啦🥴蛋鹹牛肉加多士 🍞呢個鹹牛肉加多士絕對係佢哋嘅招牌菜！舖頭好細心將多士切到細細件，非常方便塊包烘到脆卜卜加埋超級多牛油🧈就咁食已經冇得輸！到個鹹牛肉蛋，蛋入面有少少蔥花，鹹牛肉份量都足，完全冇過鹹嘅問題，蛋亦唔會太老，加埋嗰塊脆卜卜多士，可以話好冇破綻🤪沙嗲牛肉麵🐮餐廳用嘅係出前一丁，麵身啱啱好唔會太林又唔會過硬，沙嗲有少少花生醬味，整體嚟講就係一個普通嘅沙嗲牛肉麵😂 豬扒 🐷豬扒煎到好香口，咬落好林身應該落咗嘢拿過，$16來講份量都算多，可以叫返份送下麵🥴總結呢啲茶鐺喺香港真係買少見少，價錢平民，而且佢仲有自己特色嘅嘢食，香港地今時今日廿幾三十蚊可以食到個咁嘅早餐仲想點😋
