夏日炎炎冇乜胃口,今個午餐在「大師傅」吃豬紅粥和炸兩。豬紅粥點解唔叫豬血粥既?我覺得發明將豬血叫豬紅的人很聰明,皆因小時候的我不知道豬紅是什麼東東,只知道咬落豬紅口感很特別,有點點似無糖大菜糕,所以一吃就喜歡了!話番轉頭如果叫我食豬血,我會產生恐懼感,所以真係唔好改壞名。我的豬紅粥豬紅份量頗多,粥底綿滑,也有頗多薑絲,年紀成長了,對粥品加入薑絲有份欣賞感覺,喜歡豬紅粥味道較清淡,加入薑絲和胡椒粉令味道層次都提升到剛剛好。炸兩很難吃到油炸鬼香脆,今次的炸兩雖然是暖暖的,腸粉爽滑,但味道和口感真的與昔日大排檔,即炸即包腸粉的炸兩有天淵之別。

我的豬紅粥豬紅份量頗多,粥底綿滑,也有頗多薑絲,年紀成長了,對粥品加入薑絲有份欣賞感覺,喜歡豬紅粥味道較清淡,加入薑絲和胡椒粉令味道層次都提升到剛剛好
