Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

換了一張萬豪禮卷良久, 一直沒有用掉, 今日要去看紙熊貓, 那就先到金鐘用膳吧.  裝修金壁輝煌, 頭上是金頂, 牆上的畫也是以金色為主.    前菜竟然是豆芽一碟, 有點驚訝, 加上味道一般, 吃了一口便不吃了, 幸好普洱茶味香濃, 顏色對勁, 那就一面喝茶等上主菜.    燒豬肶首先登場, 侍應細心用剪刀剪細, 是標準的皮脆肉嫩, 端上來微温. 可沾柚子汁或芒果醬,  前者偏酸, 後者微辣, 都很醒胃, 但當沾著醬吃燒豬肶時, 郤不是很合, 變得咸了一點點.  可能豬還是配蘋果醬好.      可是那兩個醬實是太出色. 之後每道菜也沾著吃. 點了一道金奬菜式 金桔柚蜜雙映魚, 石班兩吃, 炒好的石班再用柚子蜜裹著, 放在米漿炸成的網內, 酸酸甜甜的, 另有四件炸的石班, 則切成長條, 魚味不濃, 我們便沾著忙果醬.  反而伴碟的蘆笋很爽脆, 令整個菜生色不少. 難怪能得奬.      之後再來個 蟹肉瑤柱桂花炒米粉, 看不見桂花, 蟹肉有一點點, 炒得香, 不會太乾.    甜品 桂花雜果凍, 六十大元一個只有五元硬幣大點, 略嫌小器, 魚膠粉好像下多了, 有點實.
