自問食辣嘅程度都有番咁上吓,但黎到呢到都唔敢叫大辣,食咗咁多次都只係夠膽叫中辣。每次黎到川之味,都必定會叫一種配料,因為喺其他地方係食唔到,呢樣就係豬軟骨!其實好多人都會話豬骨好多地方都有㗎啦,有咩咁特別啫!但我想話比大家知,呢度寫住軟骨並不是係出面普通食到個種口感。坊間大多數食到嘅豬軟骨嗰條白色軟骨,一般Hea整嘅店舖就會整到條骨係硬;有D有心少少的話,條骨會係爽口,有牙嘅都可以咬到;而呢到嘅軟骨,對我黎講係佢地嘅鎮店之寶,因為嗰條軟骨係淋到可以話無牙婆都食到呀!而D肉又唔會因爲炆得耐而過咗火喉散開哂!最緊要係完完全全入哂味!不過好坦白講,對我黎講,佢地嘅配料令我念念不忘嘅只有豬軟骨,因為其他配料同出面食嘅米線舖都無咩太大嘅分別,但唔知係咪我走芽菜同埋韭菜嘅關係,所以腐皮好似多D,如果我無諗多咗,佢地都算公平喎!另外呢到嘅米線比較偏硬,加上店舖面積又唔算大,而且十次黎,十次都要搭枱,所以對呢到嘅米線真係又愛又恨呀!
