我叫咗蟹肉牛油果多士,呢個多士入面有新鮮嘅蟹肉同牛油果,仲有青瓜。青瓜嘅加入令味道更加清新,整個組合好和諧。多士烘焙得非常脆。配搭後,每一口都有牛油果嘅濃郁風味同蟹肉嘅鮮甜。另外我仲叫咗明太子三文魚米紙卷,呢個卷有炸過嘅米紙底下仲有啲醬汁。米紙炸得香脆,酥脆嘅口感加上明太子同三文魚嘅組合,味道鮮美,增添一份層次感。我亦都試咗蘋果木煙燻西班牙黑毛豬鞍扒,呢個鞍扒豬肉非常之厚實。佢嘅煙燻味道好特別,加上蘋果木嘅香氣,令味道更加迷人。豬肉嘅鮮嫩與煙燻味道交織在一起,好食。最後,我叫咗16小時慢煮黑毛豬三層肉意大利麵。呢個意大利麵伴隨住黑毛豬三層肉,豬肉嘅外皮煮得非常之脆。意麵煮得剛好,配合豬肉同醬汁,好正。
