To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日星期一早上在石硤尾,經過見店內頗多食客,也見有我喜愛的豬骨粥,便直入。裝修一般,乾淨企理,服務平平,早餐選擇多,價格可以。我的豬骨粥早餐包括了炸蘿蔔糕,炸蘿蔔糕是現做的,等了十分鐘,外脆內棉,但粉稍多了,也有蘿蔔味,味道剛好,不用再加豉油,只配上一點辣椒油就非常好味。在上蘿蔔糕時我已提醒服務員我的粥還未到,她只看看上菜單話沒有飲品便離去,我也不知道有否聽到我的說話。再過了數分鐘我再找其他服務員,這個服務員在遠處應了,慢行過來,他再睇睇我的上菜紙,就話會同我問問,跟住也是慢慢行過去,又過了兩分鐘才見他,送上碗粥!粥好綿不錯,份量小,內有細細件的排骨,豬骨味不重,味道剛好。
