今日一個人出尖沙咀想剪頭髮,搭西鐵去柯士甸站出,下午兩點未還未進餐,好肚餓,找尋附近有什麼好吃的,選了拉麵達人,聽朋友說這間是排隊店,難得今天平日午飯時候來到,應該不用等位吧,結果剛好有一個位,幸運。黑蒜達人$88湯底是黑蒜豚骨湯,大蒜以高溫提煉製成黑蒜油,有保健養生之用。豬骨湯底用上多種豬骨熬而成,含豐富骨膠原,湯底比較稠身,的確喝到膠質感,但又不會章住咀。黑蒜令豚骨湯底味道提升至另一層次,格外香濃美味。拉麵配上兩片叉燒、粟米、蔥、木耳、半隻半熟蛋,叉燒好軟熟,有入口即溶之感,粟米粒粒飽滿香甜,木耳爽口,半熟蛋軟嫩流心,蛋味香濃。紫芋年糕$25共有兩件,各切一半,烤到外脆內軟,口感軟糯煙靭,紫薯細滑濃厚,如果餡料可以多點就更好。而它附上沙律醬, 個人覺得沙律醬和紫芋年糕不太夾, 年糕單吃就好了。
