To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打完風之後本身都想宅喺屋企,但係突然醒起要出去買嘢,所以就去咗觀塘。搵緊食咩嘅時候無意中見到呢一間餐廳,有低醣低碳嘅食物😌所以就上咗去試吓。上到去就見到店長阿里😧原來佢只係得六個月大,已經咁大隻!店主知道我哋唔怕貓,叫我哋洗咗手之後就放咗阿里出嚟。估唔到貓仔一啲都唔怕人仲要勁熱情,仲同佢玩咗一陣。蒜香牛柳粒炒椰菜花飯太陽蛋黃姜雞扒西蘭花雖然係低酮低碳,啲嘢食其實都唔錯。雞扒個皮都煎得幾脆,黃姜味又香又惹味。椰菜花飯用蛋漿炒過,加埋牛柳粒,有蒜香幾香口。下次再嚟會試吓佢嘅小食同埋窩夫😋
