To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 但個湯好似比起叉燒果個淡 錯覺(?)

好滑!!! 完全唔洗再落糖都好夠味
試佐一啖朋友既茶走 好似進入左新世界~
煉奶味好重所以偏甜 但有種幸福嘅感覺🤭
下次我會勇敢地嗌🙈

總結,上環黎講價錢應該偏划算🤔份量刀偏大份,難怪係打工仔飯堂🙈用日本蛋🍳整出香港風味已經好加分😍連湯底同叉燒都係自家製,可見小店好用心製作🤤🤤湯底真係幾驚喜!!!同埋店員態度都好好🥰不過就略嫌菜單選擇有啲少~
