To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說係雲桂香叫了一個重慶酸辣粉（中辣)還加配了每款加7元的竹笙和雞絲。（我諗C字係雞絲的代號)回到學校享用時，才發現貨不對辦錢我就俾左，但得不到應有的質素。店鋪竟然沒有放到雞絲落我碗粉到打返電話去反眏，接聽電話的店員態度十分惡劣而家吾係我做錯，點解要我受你地店員氣 真係令我好氣結 有圖有真相 雞毛一條都見吾到 可能呢啲叫國王的雞絲啦講返碗粉 酸辣粉煮到淋哂，一點也不彈牙酸辣湯只有辣味，沒有酸味 一試無回頭 講完
