To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沙嗲牛肉意粉x蜜味燒雞脾 $51質素嚟港只值$30,不過算啦,呢一帶啲茶記都係貴得嚟又普普通通,仲要咁凍嘅天氣,我都係但求可以坐低食碗熱辣辣嘅面,所以去咗呢間連鎖餐廳。==============================個湯超油,沙嗲牛肉好普通,同意粉唔多夾。個燒脾係凍凍哋嘅,啲肉燒到有啲乾。簡單嚟講,想食肉、求飽肚,ok ;要質素,可能小店嘅茶記會好好多。==============================PS 平時有得揀真係唔食大快活😓純粹個人習慣
