To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王紮根銅鑼灣登龍街已經好多年，同街搬左新舖後都係第一次幫襯，店舖光猛咗，餐廳又濶落咗，食得更舒適自在~鐘意呢度除咗有得揀麵嘅軟硬度，仲可以揀湯底同配料~今日食咗黑王同豚王，豚王湯底白滑香濃，唔會太咸太膩，配埋肥瘦相間嘅腩肉，增添一份油脂香又唔會太漏!黑王係墨汁湯底，帶有光澤、墨味唔重反而碗中一球秘製肉醬非常惹味，就咁食入口非常香濃，撈落湯底成碗麵味道更RICH!嚟到緊係要食埋餃子，餃皮夠薄又香脆，咬開夠juicy，一口一隻，自己食一份都絕不過份~難得開業多年依然保持味道同水準，而且店員有效率又熱心，值得再幫襯~
