To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁四十週年，到海洋公園玩一趟，入埸費四十蚊，食餐貴既都不太過。係呢的遊客區，貴係預左既。一個pizza二百多。一蝶最簡單既意粉百五蚊有多。入去有位坐下，好過係出邊哂著，比出面貴幾十蚊食一個麥記包。我地三百八一個餐，一隻燒雞，一個番茄濃湯，三文魚頭盤，藍莓蛋糕，熱0茶。燒雞很嫩很入味，有水準。番茄湯係番茄茸加洋蔥，味道新穎，很有西餐風味。旁邊係企鵝館，撞啱可見到飼養員餵食。算係幾特色。加埋一四百多，透下，唔洗同人迫，透完再玩更有動力。
