To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日既夜晚6點鍾。。。本身想食cheesecake factory。。。點知要等個半鍾先有位所以轉移陣地上左樓上一層既千両，一去到就有卡位比我地5個。。。6點3出座，8點前要還台，係香港呢個租金咁貴既地方。。。比1個鍾9個字大家食飯。。。。其實都好合理食得千両就知佢唔係平價壽司，所以對佢嘅質素係有期待，壽司水準幾好，上面d魚生吾會切到好薄，大部分既魚生都對得起佢幾價錢有好多平時元氣你食吾到既壽司。。。例如安康魚肝，拖羅都有分極上，大細拖羅。。。。食物既水準係中上既，不錯
