To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慕名而來，本著支持地道食肆而來。滷水拼三味蠻好，其他呢…. 很－般，份量也不多。炒潮頭牛肉…. 擦子膠咁焗鯧魚球…用嗰片魚膠包魚球，腥臭味，除去片魚膠，鯧魚還可以。閣樓環境差、有「縮味」、狹窄，收足加一、十幾蚊茶錢－位、花生咸菜共四碟收一舊水。$1032一位。這個環境、食材、價位，實在有點兒…..anyway, 負責的侍應很體貼。
