週日約咗姨媽們去太古城濕平,中午由灣仔出發前,大家決定先喺金鐘地鐡站附近醫肚。因時間比較緊迫,所以就求其揀咗間唔洗等位o既「和歌山日本料理」。午市時份,計埋我地在內,全店都只係得六個客人 ,細小o既店舖感覺好清閒。入座後,店員先送上熱茶及餐牌。四人合共叫咗三碗拉麵同一客炸雞黎分。落好單後,可見身處於玻璃窗後o既師傅仔迅即開始烹煮食物。 一本豬軟骨拉麵($138):豬軟骨拉麵湯底清甜,拉麵煙煙韌韌,豬軟骨軟腍脆口,雖然係好唔錯,不過$138碗一啲都唔平 ! 蒜香和牛拉麵($168):因有大量蔥蒜調味,和牛拉麵個湯底味道更為香濃,碗入面所謂o既和牛食落反而勁似本地牛肉,實難同我地剛剛喺日本富良野食過嗰啲比 。 炸雞配自加制柚子醋($78):炸雞外皮乾身,但未夠脆口,雞肉則多汁且唔嚡口,份量都好足,加上有沙律墊底,又用上柚子醋調味,酸酸甜甜,一啲都唔覺溜 。位於灣仔及金鐘交界o既「和歌山日本料理」,午市單點拉麵,好味就好味,不過質素未能說服細佬要俾成兩舊水去食囉!
