To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 山長水遠入元朗為的是探望友人,友人因早前跌倒弄傷腳部,末能遠走,唯有我們入去,順道相聚晚餐。友人是元朗通,新開的,舊有的,無處不識。今晚就介紹了一間日本料理店。一間規模細小的店鋪,長長的壽司吧檯,還有兩三張普通枱,空間感窄,坐得比較逼夾,有點辛苦。醉翁之意不在酒,只在乎食物的質素是否好呢!來自日本的栗米和蕃茄,的的式式超萌。蕃茄味道清甜,面層加入了生洋蔥碎,增添層次感。栗米清甜可囗,由于份量太少末能盡興。刺身三味,有拖罹,深海池魚和青魚。色澤鮮明,夠鮮。店名叫得做壽司之神,相信壽司質素一定不錯。海膽有濃厚的海洋味道,滋味無窮。蟹籽粒粒爆漿,鹹香,太完美了。銀雪魚做壽司確新式。嫩滑的口感,無可挑剔。蟹膏花蟹肉壽司有點矜貴。蟹膏一丁點,感受不到蟹膏的甘香味道。花蟹肉尚算鮮甜。試過壽司後,來即叫即做的什錦天婦罹,熱烘烘。款式有炸蝦,沙𩺬魚,舞茸,茄子,蕃薯,南瓜和素麵。外衣粉醬略為厚了點,如再薄身一點會更好味。最後一碗暖胃的麵豉湯,聞起來有點腥味,但飲起來卻兩回事。味道鮮甜,加入了大量蔥絲,增添了口感。最搞鬼有兩塊翠肉瓜,應該卓頭吧了。
