To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食粥啦, 經過靠得住見到有得食下粥就入佐去.叫佐兩個套餐, 混醬腸粉, 醬另上, 熱辣辣又幾好食喎, 平時都係倒晒啲醬落去食, 今次分開醬既食法又幾特別.紅油水餃辣辣地都唔錯珍珠蠔仔粥: 個粥睇落好稀, 麻麻地, 好彩啲蠔仔份量都唔算少, 都算大粒, 不過都係有啲啲腥味.豬潤魚腩粥: 豬潤好大塊, 好嫩口, 好好食, 魚腩有兩舊, 味道唔錯, 份量都多, 粥都係太稀. 依家食碗粥都要咁貴咩? 套餐價 豬潤魚腩粥配腸粉$73, 珍珠蠔仔粥配紅油水餃$66, 仲要加一, 最後埋單$153.
