To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去書展所以就近近地係會展入面搵咗間茶記試試佢,第一眼俾個價錢嚇親,普通一個咖哩飯或者炒飯都要七十幾蚊😵‍💫仲要無野飲配,單點野飲要成廿幾蚊,十分唔抵🥲好彩佢份量都算多,個心都分氣啲!1. 叉燒蝦仁炒飯蝦仁同叉燒都俾到好足,蝦仁仲要大大粒。炒飯炒到粒粒分明,係幾抵讚👍🏻可惜雖然夠晒味,但食多幾啖會覺得略嫌偏鹹,所以我食到一半就停咗口,無食晒💔整體味道普通,茶記嚟講價錢真係偏貴,性價比低😟

1. 叉燒蝦仁炒飯
蝦仁同叉燒都俾到好足,蝦仁仲要大大粒。炒飯炒到粒粒分明,係幾抵讚👍🏻可惜雖然夠晒味,但食多幾啖會覺得略嫌偏鹹,所以我食到一半就停咗口,無食晒💔
