To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友來自遠方唔知有咩地道野可選,所以選左太興,因為佢地燒味出名,地方比一般local 茶餐廳大又舒服,我估點都會有返d水準。一睇menu 心里就 嘩嘩嘩,d 燒味係咪有金呀咁貴既樣樣都 $65+ anyway 入左來點都係要食,我緊係唔想蝕左比佢,我叫個 $66 既雙拚飯 (燒鵝+燒肉),而朋友叫左比較貴既 鵝脾飯$81, 燒鵝飯 $69。我一睇,唔知點解永遠都係隔離飯香,我個雙拚飯d燒味少佢地咁多既以後都係唔叫雙拚飯啦。personally 覺得佢地d 鵝係香同好食既,不過呢覺得d 皮唔夠脆,同堆少少凍左,sorry 要求高左少少,但我以前係其他地方食開都係熱辣辣成件事會開心d。而d 燒肉其實馬馬地 一來唔香,二來唔脆,三來唔熱,四來品好肥。最後最後 個飯真係好唔得,d 飯好乾好硬 完全係硬吞,唔鐘意d飯.....講真咁既價我不如係屋企街市買.....有d灰左題外話 環境算唔錯唔會迫死人,不過睇來好似佢地做自由人生意多,並不local

以後都係唔叫雙拚飯啦。
