Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日工人放假,不想洗碗,yuu又有食滿$600減$200優惠,而且有5小時泊車優惠,於是選擇老仔號北京樓,點之失望到極點,食上海姥姥性價比好過佢多多聲!因為害怕walk in多人,所以中午打去訂位,佢話分兩輪,1800-1930及2000-2130,我心諗有無咁好生意!我4大2小,所以選擇了半隻烤鴨,一個蟹皇炒飯,一個上海粗炒,一個小籠包,一個菜。烤鴨:乾曾曾,味道一道,深圳好多烤鴨店都好過佢。$228蟹皇炒飯:完全係一個普通到唔普通既蛋菜粒炒飯,份糧少,上面加一pln蟹醬。$148(上海$90)上海粗炒:內絲都無條,份糧少,好油。$138(上海$80)小籠包:$90六粒,味道一般。菜:菜單上寫雞毛菜,我係深圳食過,上台小唐菜,$120咪單$900(茶錢連加一已經$150),減左$200,$700,完全同質素唔成正比,上海老老好過佢好多!最後,服務態度連一句多謝光臨都無!

烤鴨:乾曾曾,味道一道,深圳好多烤鴨店都好過佢。$228
