今日在銅鑼灣做完facial,tea time唔太肚餓,就去揾麵食。呢間門面貼住張明星相,menu又幾得意,唔駛等有位企理冷氣夠唔睇返張相都唔為意,果位人兄食麵拉到好高喎。睇餐牌似乎最出名的是牛肉。餐具、筷子... 全都印上店名。自行剔選口味及配料。建議食法。先上紅油牛肉粉,平時紅燒牛肉麵就聽得多,但配粉就真係好少聽。呢種粉同平時認識的米粉、米線、空心米粉等唔同,佢粗度好似意粉但軟滑度好似烏冬,加上碗湯的油,真係滑到夾唔實,要用匙輔助,連埋湯邊飲邊食牛肉我唔識係乜部分,但就好似「炆牛腩」咁林。紅油其實唔算好辣,我無按建議加花椒及胡椒去試,但相信加左一定會提升到辣味及香料的層次。另一碗清湯牛肉粉,用上牛𦟌,都係煮得好林,入口即溶唔食得辣啱晒。苦丁茶,熱的飲時覺得飲緊「苦瓜水」咁,但凍飲原來另一番滋味,覺得好「清新」!
