To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人成日經過金鐘而間餐廳,但都冇入過去食。今日係附近行街諗住搵下下午茶食啦,見到原來佢地都有下午茶食嫁喎,但價錢黎講都偏唔親民,不過都膽粗粗入去試試佢咩料!!成個鋪個格調俾人個感覺都好清幽好放鬆嘅感覺。個menu都好靚。下午茶時段佢都有好多款式同選擇,每樣野望落都令人流晒口水,有選擇困難症嘅我真係揀左好耐先揀到落手~最後我揀左我最鍾意嘅芝士系列,配而個吉列黑豚豬柳。佢就特別在於佢係用菠蘿包做base,係入面放滿晒濃濃嘅芝士醬,內咸外甜,成件事夾得幾好。一上枱成個賣相已經好吸引,岩晒我而啲港女打卡,佢仲跟埋薯條同少少嘅沙津菜。吉列黑豚豬柳炸得非常香脆,本身個豬柳肉質已經好夠厚,佢層炸粉非常薄,唔會影響左咬落去嘅質感同時入面亦非常juicy。再將個豬柳點落啲芝士醬一齊食,成個感覺超滿足,超邪惡!! 雖然知道食完可能會肥幾kg,但都阻擋唔到我想一個人食晒成份餐嘅衝動。我屋企人就叫左個沙爹和牛公仔麵伴炒蛋多士,成件事好有出面食常餐嘅感覺,之但係佢係用左比較高級嘅食材去整咁解,佢就特別在用左和牛去做,同埋個炒蛋炒得好滑水份充足,配埋多士一齊食唔會令到你好口乾。沙爹和牛個方面就同出面食嘅沙爹牛

成件事好有出面食常餐嘅感覺,之但係佢係用左比較高級嘅食材去整咁解,
佢就特別在用左和牛去做,同埋個炒蛋炒得好滑水份充足,配埋多士一齊食唔會令到你好口乾。
沙爹和牛個方面就同出面食嘅沙爹牛味差不多,但係佢嘅牛肉感覺比較新鮮煙韌啲。

佢下午茶係跟一杯野飲嘅,我地就叫左熱奶茶同熱齋啡,味道就冇乜特別,同外面飲嘅差不多。
Other Info. : 無錯啦,而間餐廳係要加一嘅 但以佢嘅質素同地段黎講,係值得一試嘅。 大家如果係金鐘行街攰攰地可以黎而到食個tea飲下酒,都幾chill嫁。
