Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前幫襯過澳門咖喱嘅美食,都覺得質素非常之高。今次特登為咗佢個招牌新菜色而再嚟試菜。上次已經試過佢川醬乾炒牛河炒得好有水準。今次就係特登試佢個獲獎王中皇雪花牛頸脊川醬炒河。我仔一向鍾意食牛肉,但係一般牛肉佢有比較難咀嚼,今次呢碟牛頸脊乾炒牛河真係冇得頂!牛肉選取極上嘅牛頸脊,食落夠牛味又軟滑!一點炒牛河起碼有十幾塊牛頸脊,所以佢貴得有價值!另外叫咗個下午茶餐嘅咖喱牛腩,加錢配左印度薄餅,都係果句,新鮮牛腩一食就食得出!另外叫咗番茄濃湯墨魚丸河,呢間墨魚丸幾靚,個番茄湯頭味道香濃。
