到底係【高麗宮廷貴族雪夜下嚐的燒肉】係咩感覺呢？係海港城行完街街就去咗雪下覓炙享受高級韓式燒肉啦~餐廳裝修以木系為主，仲有個動感嘅電子作螢幕作裝潢，絕對有雪下嘅氣氛食燒肉！今次揀咗【夏之煙燻盛饌套餐】二人餐，餐前有8碟韓式前菜，絕對儀式感滿滿~先上醬油盛合，分別有醬油蝦、鮑魚同帶子，每款都吸滿醬油，好入味，但又不失海鮮嘅鮮甜！特別喺醬油蝦嘅入口彈牙肉質飽滿感~主角喺煙燻蘋果木豬五花配生菜，打卡必食呀！睇住店員打開蓋一陣煙燻香散出，豬五花吸滿蘋果木嘅香氣，帶微微甜果味，可中和豬五花嘅油膩感~豬五花口感柔軟細緻，怕油膩可以配生菜食套餐仲可以享用韓牛牛小排、和牛外裙肉、和牛牛肉同和牛牛舌，每款都牛味極濃，牛小排油花分佈均勻,質地柔軟，而和牛外裙肉口感鮮嫩帶有咬勁，油花豐富但不油膩，絕對係頂級韓牛！除燒肉，套餐配炸醬麵/冷水麵，揀咗冷水麵，以雪梨水做湯底，入口清爽，最岩食完燒肉食！減一減油膩感！最後配Triamisu 做甜品，口感綿綿，入口即溶，好滿足！
