To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺皇后大道中一帶食完晚餐後，一路行去上環，沿路都無甜品舖，行到上環見到天仁茗茶，就打算買杯野飲甜甜地，當作飯後甜品抬頭一望，看到燈箱介紹香芋珍珠鮮奶綠，大大粒芋頭及眾多珍珠，賣相吸引，就叫杯試試～香芋珍珠鮮奶綠 $27由於店內空無一人，所以落單不久就整好～由放怕甜度太高所以叫了少甜少冰，所以味道不不濃烈，拌匀後，正膽心吸管太幼吸不到芋頭，但發現原來入面的只是芋頭蓉，有點失望呢，芋頭微粒頗香，甜甜的，豐富了口感，而珍珠，應該加入了蜂蜜，吃落甜甜的，亦帶有嚼感，茶香不算太濃，奶味較重，整體味道尚算不錯後記：雖然品道不錯，但以$27蚊的價錢去買一杯特別的珍珠奶茶，值不值得就真是見人見志了
