尖沙咀西餐選擇多,但係以私房菜形成,只限預約嘅餐廳,必要數到呢間Luxury。內裡裝修豪華,而且由廚師發辦美食,保證款款新鮮。先有新鮮炸蠔作開胃小食,將新鮮蠔隻炸得金黃香脆,內裡仍保持新鮮蠔隻質地,值得一讚。而煎鵝肝、黑松露鵝肝當然無令人失望,上枱時散發出吸引嘅香味,切落去已感覺到柔軟質感,加上黑松露增添香味及咸味,就更為出色!主菜方面,先有卡邦尼意粉、香煎帶子意大利飯,前者以正宗煮法,以忌廉煙內洋蔥配料去煮,醬汁跟意粉非常合拍; 而香煎帶子睇賣相都見到吸引之處,帶有微微香烤感覺,加上用上湯煮制而成嘅意大利飯,吸收滿滿嘅上湯精華,最為吸引!而呢客雜錦海鮮湯,有齊帶子、龍蝦、青口等新鮮海鮮,淨係品嚐個湯,已經飲得左淡淡鮮味,再食埋龍蝦白淨而彈牙嘅肉、青口爽口嘅口感,真係非常滿足!最後仲有綠茶拿破崙配雪糕作甜品,鬆脆嘅酥皮令人食過不停,而綠茶cream夠軟滑,同酥皮形成強烈對比嘅口感!
