K11 MUSEA中的餐廳星羅棋布,當中不少都各有特色,而這間居酒屋亦是令我印象甚為深刻的其中一間,全因以其吞拿魚腩蓉、海膽、三文魚子、和牛等一系列招牌菜,令人垂涎三尺。摩登高雅的裝潢與K11 MUSEA如出一轍,環境甚為寬敞舒適,而店員服務態度亦殷勤有禮。餐牌上刺身、壽司、天婦羅、燒物、主食等都一應俱全,定價中上,另外亦有數款套餐選擇。Kaiyōの卷 ($368)上的吞拿魚腩蓉堆積如山,再加上海膽、三文魚子、魚子醬及金箔,每件均有拳頭之大相當澎湃。長芋明太子醬海膽大菇 ($98)面層塗上以長芋及明太子製成的沙律醬,燒過後仍保持多汁,但沙律醬味道過於濃烈令海膽鮮味蕩然無存,整體感覺亦會較膩。金目鯛刺身($118)和吞拿魚背刺身($108)均厚切新鮮,北海道牡丹蝦刺身($68)亦鮮甜爽彈。無花果天婦羅($78)相當特別,另外更會配上海鹽、咖哩鹽及抹茶鹽,炸漿厚薄適中,而無花果當中的籽令口感更豐富,酸酸甜甜作為前菜實在適合不過。
