是晚定為上海之夜,到了夜上海,多年未到之處。涼伴木耳酸酸的,又香又爽,作為前菜不俗。再來者,也是酸的酸辣湯。可能相就本地口味,只酸不辣,是個醒覺味蕾的湯。燻蛋確有煙燻味,蛋白蛋黃流心,但坊間多的是,高得幾多。鎮江肴肉竟瘦得可憐,太軟了,似果涷多於一切,不點汁吃不下。皮薄多汁的小籠包是基本功吧,肉餡又不是特別鮮滑,一般囉……花雕醉雞,已不較之前吃的滑,花雕味啖,當是一碟滑雞吃是蠻不錯的。紅燒元啼不油不膩,肉是化開的,始終是上乘的一道菜。現在吃的夜上海,是濃油赤醬上海菜的清淡版,喜不喜歡見仁見智。貴得來又不見得有幾精緻,再來的原因,就只為了紅燒元啼。
