To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地一行三人想食日本嘢,又唔想黎黎去去都係食嗰啲,所以試下哩間同牛角同一旗下既餐廳。入到去一人一個爐位,首先揀湯底,然後再嗌配料涮下涮下~湯底平均一款25-40蚊,其他配料就又貴又細份🤦🏻‍♀️(25蚊得4舊豆腐...)我地嗌jor 豆乳湯底、鰹魚湯底同藥膳湯底;配料大部分都係嗌菜,然後兩盤豬肉,因為牛肉真係好貴(百幾蚊得幾塊🤷🏻‍♀️)我地仲嗌jor個飯set,最後啲職員幫你同湯底煮成飯。最後埋單每人above 250,老老實實,我寧願吉野家或者大快活算啦,幾十蚊有個火鍋仲可以好飽肚味道就正常,而擺設係好靚既~只此一次啦,真係太貴啦。lunch食到250...其實真係有啲離譜。咁既價錢,我係大圍食到海鮮粥底火鍋啦...
