To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

玩完海洋公園，乘公車回到這兒，便上來這兒吃個下午茶。傍晚五點三，八成滿，好旺場啊。我點了「鹹牛肉雞蛋三文治凍鴛鴦（$21）。鹹牛蛋煎得唔油膩，唔錯。凍鴛鴦少奶亦唔太甜。這兒凍飲加四蚊，唯偏細杯，所以算貴。女友點了「豬柳包」配豆漿（$17）。兩片豬柳夠軟滑，汁料是芥黃色，略帶酸甜，相當醒胃，包是軟身牛油法包，唔會「界」口。雖然做唔出地道的葡式豬扒包，索性創造Canteen 自己特色的豬柳包，相當有自知之名，抵讚！呢份茶餐，質素遠遠超超今早的大家樂早餐！有職員笑容滿臉的把食物送到你跟前，讚。
