To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十月份時酒店做超級優惠買二送二自助晚餐平均每位衹需$400，如果有長者仲抵，我一行八人咁啱有三位長者，折扣之後每人都係約$380非常抵。當時做緊泰越式自助晚餐 長腳蟹 青口蜆凍蝦等質素不錯亦都有麵包蟹肉質鮮甜 連我平時少吃咁麻煩嘅海產都有食到。頭盤的泰越式味道也不錯，熱食就略為失色尤其是我喜歡的羊架，可能擺喺熱爐裏已經煮到差不多全熟肉質好柴，咖哩也不夠辣度。甜品都有十幾款，可惜拿破崙衹出一次跟住冇出第二輪冇得試，但家人話好味，亦有雞蛋仔和幾款雪糕等。 四人訂座仲有咖哩軟殼蟹農夫包送，賣相和味道都不錯。不過人手方面可能有些缺，收碟並不太快 其實當晚客人只是全場的三分一，職員服務一般，訂位時提及有生日，要我自己主動問先畀生日字牌 但又冇跟到蠟燭 再問先有 似乎欠缺專業。整體來說食物質素和味道都不錯 如果繼續再有咁抵優惠 都可以當晚飯一聚來吃。
