To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 買外賣，出外賣當然是順序做。但今日下午在大家樂買外賣，竟然係後面的號碼先包好，而前面的外賣則繼續留在櫃檯上。點解呢！因為先出的外賣，放的位置，包外賣的姐姐伸手取不到，而後面出的外賣，則近佢身邊，那麼926， 927 可以取外賣，但921 ，922， 923 則留在櫃檯上，當你去問時，那姐姐望都不望一眼，你什麼號碼，叫你問主管。同樣地，你問主管時＇佢亦不望－眼你的號碼，只說外賣出咗。這是什麼的服務態度？任由外賣不理，話之瀨粉浸凍。作為客人，只好避而遠之，這垃圾一樣的服務態度。
