雖然話地道港式冰廳執吓執吓買少見少,但係香港仲有唔少呢類具備濃厚香港風情嘅食肆得以保留,多數情況係歸功於家族式多年奮鬥,早就買落個舖,從而得以無懼加租,巍然屹立市井之中。唔講你可能唔知,「冰室」係要比「茶餐廳」更為古老嘅香港早期中高檔食肆。响冷凍設備仲未普及至家家戶戶嘅年代,大熱天時去「冰室」嘆杯冰係何其時髦又威水嘅呢!第一次嚟,就試吓午餐。半夜三更叫午餐,感覺好鬼搞笑。叉燒湯意以薄切燶瘦叉燒為主調,配以烚得稔爽度適中嘅意粉,湯底用上傳統冰室嘅淡口湯底,大叔阿伯所謂識食就係要自己落鹽同埋胡椒粉,鹹淡隨意調味。留意呢種扁平闊面似碟又係碗嘅餐具,雖然外觀貌似老土,其實佢有極其合理嘅實用性—快速散熱!滾熱辣嘅湯粉狀物體放置得越係平坦,散熱就越快,因此用呢種餐具食湯粉,入口嘅温度就剛剛恰到好處。睇吓近鏡。傳統港式火腿奄列係脆邊全熟蛋,口感類似芙蓉蛋飯果一種蛋。現在流行嘅半生熟加奶油滑蛋,舊時唔興。呢度嘅方包口感好得意。睇吓近鏡。識飲一定係飲熱奶茶啦!茶香奶滑温度fit,合格收貨。寫食評,影埋單。完整,收工。
