銅鑼灣開左間專食明太子既鱈卵屋,除左全部菜色都有明太子做base之外,仲有d明太子產品可以買返屋企,上次係福岡帶返黎既明太子醬已經食晒,今次上去買黎試下順便食個飯。鬆軟明太子上灌湯蛋卷$82蛋卷用左上湯,調味適中,咬落好似有湯咇出黎咁,卷住小小辣鹹鹹地既明太子,好適合送飯。明太燒烏冬小食$68另一個明太子既classic菜色,加左明太子醬去燒既烏冬,每一條都沾滿一層薄薄既明太子,撈埋木魚絲,烏冬口感彈牙,風味十足。鱈卵碗三文魚拼油甘魚$148呢個係呢度既signature,大大條明太子直接放係飯面,加上三文魚粒同油甘魚粒,全部撈匀,刺身鮮甜明太子惹味,另外配上6款調味料如芝麻香葱可以自己配搭,最後食晒d刺身,我倒左d上湯當泡飯食,一個丼飯足足有3個食法。溶化的芝士跟炸明太子$78炸皮裡面包住左溶溶地既明太子芝士醬,出面脆卜卜,一咬開d芝士醬就漏出來,口感豐富。2個人食左$600,之後仲買左個明太子吱吱裝返去自製明太子卷。
