To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔻甜品區
甜品有17款，大部份都係小蛋糕同甜品杯。蛋糕賣相雖然冇話特別精緻，但味道ok冇伏🧁，芒果拿破崙做得酥脆唔會太甜🥭。4款芝士蛋糕細膩軟滑，其中一款仲係特別嘅黑松露口味🖤。另外仲有即整斑蘭雞蛋仔，不過食唔出有班蘭味。

$400唔洗食到dinner buffet比平日啲自助餐平一半🤑熱葷最出色，而整體水準中規中矩，不過款式唔多，大家睇價錢做人🤘🏻
