早前石頭燒紅極一時,成日大排長龍,見最近疫情少左人出外用膳,唔洗同人逼就最啱我啦🤣🤣牛嘅部份,我中意牛肩多過西冷或牛柳。牛肩肉身淋度適中,有咬口得黎唔需要趙好耐,也不會攝住牙縫,而且帶肉汁。平時叫餐廳煮5成,成日都唔啱心水。石頭燒可以自己話事,中意生又得,熟又得。一塊石燒熱到300度,廚房會先煎一煎執住肉汁,再放上石。上枱後唔好反住,聞到焦香先反,一路食,一路餘溫繼續煎香,唔需要不斷反,時間剛好。亦不會有血洗出,而入面大約是5-7成中間。肉質嫩滑
