以前細細個覺得食鐵板燒 貴到離地,下下都要成千落樓又食得唔飽。所以好少食鐵板燒 。自屋企附近新開左間鐵板燒 ,睇價錢都非常貼地,平有平食,貴有貴食。我地揀左坐bar 檯,因為想睇廚師即場烹調。今次我揀左松($888),有龍蝦,銀鱈魚同安格斯牛肉厚切,而每個餐都另有沙律,麵豉湯,炒野菜同櫻花蝦炒飯,就咁睇都已經份量足夠。沙律,麵豉湯見住龍蝦係個水箱度拎出黎,見真身原來係好大隻。廚師首先整左銀鱈魚先,龍蝦同時一齊整,始終龍蝦烹調時間長。銀鱈魚唔鯹,食落好滑好juicy。 之後到燒龍蝦,火光紅紅,好刺激~龍蝦肉身配合埋龍蝦頭D膏一齊炒,好好味,份量比我想像中多。另外廚師叫我地唔食浪費個龍蝦頭,果然好多肉,我真係每隻鬚都去食~燒厚切牛肉,廚師都問我地想要幾多成熟,我話medium。不過額縑有D係medium well,同埋牛肉可能本身有D韌。其實食到厚切牛肉都已經好飽,再加埋炒雜菜同炒飯,真係飽到上心口。本身諗住再叫野食都要放棄。連加一就$976 (只接受現金only),價格都合理,而且龍蝦真係整得好出色又好味,我應該會為左隻龍蝦而再黎幫襯。題外話,我走個時見到有人order活鮑魚個餐,睇真身
