To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一試北角嘅米芝蓮小食店，叫咗一碗酸辣湯雲吞、生煎包、鍋貼、麵筋拼燒賣。酸辣湯適合重口味嘅人，味道濃而不膩，湯好足料，酸酸辣辣但係唔會嗆口，味道唔錯。至於雲吞更加係皮薄餡靚，雲吞好飽滿，餡料份量好多，食一碗已經感覺好飽。生煎包同埋鍋貼即叫即整，皮脆肉嫩，生煎包既肉汁鮮甜，而鍋貼既肉餡調味都唔錯，令人想一食再食。最後，麵筋拼燒賣，呢兩樣材料嘅味道普通，但係加咗小店特製嘅辣汁就唔同講法，食物即刻變得好惹味，醬汁甜甜辣辣好惹味。雖然只係坐係街邊嘅一張摺檯食嘢，但食物既味道無阻我地去幫襯，想試吓親民少少嘅米芝蓮小店可以一試，係呢種環境下食嘢都有另一種風味。
