To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次經開藍田個邊,發現原來呢個商場都係以大眾化平民們餐廳為主,今次就食好耐冇食過嘅大快活。點左兩個主菜同朋友兩個人share 食,每款可以加$15有個中式湯,佢主打話冇味精。我點左個中式牛柳飯,單單牛肉都算幾好食,但係配埋個汁同埋啲菇嘅味加埋晒有少少酸酸地又有少少菇味怪怪地。然後佢哋加錢送嗰個湯係就係冇味精,飲完唔口渴,但係就太過鹹好似得鹽味,飲唔到材料嘅味道。然後我朋友揀咗嘅打邊爐,佢貪得意覺得可以一個人打下邊路都幾過癮,材料就中規中矩唔算太差。
