To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於工作關係,昨天下午5點左右來了桃園制作吃個快的晚餐,可惜這個時間有點尷尬,餐牌的午市套餐只到14:00,勁食的我,下午茶絕對不夠飽,而晚餐餐牌亦都寫了18:00才開始,我其實有點心感不妙,一來我想吃飽點,二來我想吃炒飯,所以就問問侍應午市套餐的炒飯還有沒有,職員表示已經不可以再叫午市套餐,然後職員隨之問我:你是否想吃炒飯?  我答:是的,然後職員表示晚餐餐牌的已經可以點餐,我當刻覺得這位職員真的十分貼心。黑松露叉燒粒蔥花炒飯 $64炒飯炒得合格,飯是一粒粒分明,的確有微微的黑松露味道,味道不會太重,不會搶去我最喜愛的叉燒味道,叉燒似乎都是半肥瘦,因為咬下去不會覺得叉燒粒很乾很靭,加上經典組合 - 蔥粒 點綴,而且炒飯份量都多,絕對夠男仔食,滿足!

黑松露叉燒粒蔥花炒飯 $64
炒飯炒得合格,飯是一粒粒分明,的確有微微的黑松露味道,味道不會太重,不會搶去我最喜愛的叉燒味道,叉燒似乎都是半肥瘦,因為咬下去不會覺得叉燒粒很乾很靭,加上經典組合 - 蔥粒 點綴,而且炒飯份量都多,絕對夠男仔食,滿足!
