Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到叫咗個咖哩薯仔牛腩飯 如此簡單菜式等咗15至20分鐘 我媽媽同個侍應講:麻煩幫我跟一跟個飯，會唔會漏咗單？侍應:唔會呀出咗啦 完全冇幫我跟嘅意思另外一個侍應老啲嘅 睥住我哋然後指一指出餐位 完全唔知咩意思好啦 等咗好耐隔離遲過我哋坐低嘅兩位客人兩碟炒飯都到埋我哋個咖哩飯先到我問:麻煩你俾個碗仔我呀老師奶侍應:要等喎 (當然唔好態度)我衝口而出講咗句:吓？碗都要等？師奶侍應:係呀得兩個人咋睇唔到呀？！其實如果你咁忙不如考慮唔好做或者請多個人幫手 俾氣客受都解決唔到問題等咗5分鐘 佢終於好粗魯咁擺個黃色四方碗俾我，問題係 個碗好似冇洗過咁，好明顯有層油光鋪面。咁我唯有唔用，又唔好意思再阻住佢叫佢攞多個啦。到我差不多食完個飯，佢走過黎:原來你個碗唔用咖然後收咗。再回睥。我完全唔明白點解要俾錢受佢氣，想揾人嗌交可以去呢間食店。
