本來諗住一家人開開心心食餐生日飯,結果體驗到史上最差嘅餐廳服務!我哋食飯當晚買埋海鮮 6:30 pm 到達海天,7:05 pm 齊人就叫服務員照住已經溝通好嘅烹調方法去煮海鮮,另外加咗一份叉燒同菜心。7:10 pm 上叉燒,味道同溫度都一般。7:20 pm 左右上菜心,竟然係凍凍嘅😅 7:50 pm 一碟海鮮都未上,請咗位紅色短髮嘅女子幫我哋跟進,點知我哋未講完佢就已經一句:「落咗㗎啦!」諗住敷衍我哋,再繼續同隔籬枱嘅熟客吹水,冇再回覆我哋嘅查詢。我哋要問返佢嘅同事先知道食物嘅情況。紅髮啊姐啊,我哋都等咗45分鐘先請你跟進一下情況,唔想做生意不如執咗間餐廳?如果淨係做熟客,不如喺門口寫到明?最後等到 8 pm 先上到海鮮,順帶一提,蒜蓉蒸帶子呢樣咁簡單嘅餸,竟然係冇味嘅~多謝海天俾咗我哋一次畢生難忘嘅用餐體驗,如果唔係熟客都唔好去幫襯,費事貼錢買難受
