老人家慶祝生日,最鐘意擺返圍,熱熱鬧鬧咁食返餐。去酒店包廳食飯都係第一次,感覺唔錯喎。服務比起酒樓真係好好多,起碼有個專人同你由頭跟到落尾,唔會因為要睇埋出面d客而忽略左。個廳可以開兩檯麻雀,仲可以有卡拉ok,不過song list就比較舊我最欣賞「江南八彩美碟」,可以話係8碟頭盆,有醉雞,炸鱔,薰魚,四季豆,素鵝,蝦,另外仲有兩樣麻辣。全部都係凍碟,分量每人少少開下胃先。其中,我覺得醉雞,炸鱔,四季豆最好食。平時出面食醉雞最怕好勁酒味,呢個又唔會喎,雖然酒味都好濃,但唔會好難入口,經理話係用上等黃酒整,所以會比較香醇。個炸鱔真係好得,外面炸到脆卜卜,裡面都仲係好軟滑,加埋芝麻同麥芽糖係面,如果真係可以整多碟,送下啤酒簡直一流!四季豆睇見都覺得好靚,原來凍食真係好爽脆同鮮嫩,好少食豆都可以食到索索聲。呢個蝦都好正,脆到連殼都可以食埋。其中有一味「醬皇珍菌鴕鳥柳」都值得推介,因為出面唔係咁多餐廳可以食到。鴕鳥肉係零膽固醇,岩晒老人家同成日都話要keep fit既我地,haha!! 而且佢用左好多菇&三色燈籠椒加埋一齊炒,菇菌吸收晒汁,三色椒又夠爽,正!其他菜色都係水準之作,雞絲翅都好足料
