相隔左差唔多個來月先得閒搵番啲相,呢次其實係之前同屋企人食既賀年飯~之前同CHICKEN 黎到炑八冇食到燒肉令我一直念念不忘,因為佢地既燒肉真係一級棒!碰巧果排有新餐牌當然要試新野~沙律菜,生菜新鮮,以胡麻醬做配醬,令人愈食愈開胃。燒烤爐必食既泡菜蛋和芝士粟米粒,以韓式前菜黎講呢兩款真係點食都唔厭~韓式餃子年糕湯,韓國人過年同樣都會食年糕賀年,以石鍋奉上~呢款年糕湯亦都係韓國既新年菜式,湯底由豬骨同紫菜煮成,味道清淡,餃子肉餡以白菜同豬肉為主,不過餃子數量只有三隻:S湯裡頭會有丸子狀既年糕,口感煙韌。賀年套餐既主角,可以話係今次重頭戲!燒肉拼盤分別有牛五花、牛前胸肉、牛舌、薄切韓牛牛扒、五花腩及大蝦。嚐左多款燒肉過後,薄切韓牛牛扒最心得我心,牛味香濃,而且充滿肉汁,肉質同味道都比牛五花、牛胸肉更加入味同嫩口~ 配搭生菜同食又係另一種燒肉享受~驚喜既係,五花腩意外地好食,自己其實好少食,但烤過之後油脂香味出晒黎,但口感一啲都唔肥膩,好脆身~香烤大蝦,肉質好彈口,而且啖啖肉好滋味~九節坂,係一款韓國古時既皇室貴族過年食品,色彩繽紛,材質用料都好健康材料包括蟹肉、菠菜、牛肉、冬菇、青瓜、雞蛋

食法主要以薄餅皮包住餡料同吃,材料任由配搭,相當滋味又有營養。
