識B仔👶🏻嘅朋友,都知我係邊爐控,曾經試過連打6日邊爐面不改容,人稱「聞邊喪膽大家姐」🤣。今日早收工就約咗朋友,一齊去咗銅鑼灣嘅呢一間台式火鍋店打躉😄。餐廳喺銅鑼灣嘅美食集中地vpoint樓上,一上去就見到一片開揚嘅銅鑼灣夜景,靚得好浪漫,可惜係同女仔黎,哈哈哈。.飲品:打邊爐怕熱氣,叫咗兩杯涼茶,◆紫貝天葵同◆竹蔗茅根,前者酸度高,後者甜度高,個人比較鍾意解膩嘅紫貝天葵。-拼盤:◆三色鮮製面(甘筍、菠菜、墨汁)◆雜菌拼盤◆雜菜拼盤三心兩意,又鍾意試多款口味嘅我哋,叫咗呢三款拼盤。三者擺盆得好別緻。菇菌爽口,雜菜新鮮,但要說我最鍾意都係佢個鮮製面,橙、綠、黑三色,繽紛得黎顏色自然,一睇就知唔係色素,而麵條質地亦都非常彈牙,整體感覺竟然唔輸最鍾意嘅公仔麵打邊爐。-◆肥媽墨汁腸 係台灣香腸嘅味道,香香甜甜,衣薄餡濃,必叫之選。-◆紙豆腐洽完之後同腐皮差唔多,索汁之選。-◆開心小企鵝Very kawaii嘅雙色墨魚丸,個嘴仔係用杞子造成,小朋友絕對鍾意,亦係打卡之選。-◆黑松露餃非常濃郁,一咬落去就黑松露香氣四溢,而且蝦肉大大粒,皮雖然唔算非常薄,但彈牙有咬口,厚少少都無損美味。-◆即炸手工

五格獨特木瓜鍋
呢個木瓜鍋造就左成晚美味嘅打邊爐,除咗中間嘅酒醉木瓜湯之外,旁邊仲有蕃茄波士頓龍蝦鍋、清湯蘿蔔牛腩、四川麻辣鍋同潮汕沙嗲鍋。一次過試足晒五個唔同嘅味道,當中龍蝦鍋同牛腩鍋都係有餡料,前者更係有半隻龍蝦。

質素不俗,肥瘦參半,豬味頗濃,而且重點係佢卷成玫瑰花狀,非常吸睛,每一朵玫瑰花都由4塊豬腩肉組成。
