先講講賣相,實在太吸睛了!兩塊牛角窩夫口感香脆鬆軟,朱古力粉灑在絲滑的忌廉上,旁邊附有一小杯expresso和一球香草雪糕配上兩塊脆餅,底層鋪了一些穀物脆片增加口感,忍不住一口接一口,不夠五分鐘便清盤了,推薦!

這碟 All day breakfast 食材有牛角窩夫、香腸、煙肉、煙燻三文魚、大啡菇、黑松露炒蛋、炸菠菜芝士薯仔波、芝士蕃茄、及沙律。每款食材都是以高水準發揮,尤其是炸薯波,外殼香脆,內裏薯蓉綿密,唯獨是牛角窩夫烤得不夠香脆,整體來說都是推薦!

一上碟被澎湃的蟹籽所震懾了,意粉還冒着煙,蟹肉的量也相當多,明太子忌廉醬汁調得剛剛好,意粉的軟硬度亦適中,不會過軟,十分掛汁,十分滿意!
