To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食得快餐店,通常都會心中有數,將價就貨,唔會太高要求。呢客「超值午餐R1◎貴妃鮑片雞粒炒飯」,我個人就覺得佢嘅商業設計係頂瓜瓜嘅,點解呢?首先佢有紅(紅蘿蔔粒)有綠(豆角粒),有冬菇粒、竹笙粒、雞粒,仲埋咗個好靚仔嘅芡汁,感覺好大堆頭,驚你覺得唔夠料,再放三塊素鮑片响面,成個賣相正哂,但係其實全部材料都好便宜。好嘞,一摷底,出事嘞!寫住係炒飯,點解成個飯底係濕嘅?仲只得一小塊蛋絲添?唔覺得有炒過喎,完全係撈過咋喎!食味點?講真,又真係唔難食,濕濕哋幾好送飯,勝在冇骨唔麻煩,係塊素鮑片衰啲,凍嘅?!
