星期六黎到荃灣荃新天地一期,好多食店都滿座,見到336位同好耐無幫襯過,就走去食個晏大閘蟹當造下的時令蟹粉系列。1. 雞絲拌粉皮($68) ,花生醬好多,粉皮夠Q,但粉量較少。2. 黃金炒飯($75),飯炒得乾身,成蝶得幾粒雪藏蝦,見餐牌寫住推介我覺得尚可,無特別。3. 排骨拉麵($58),除左個麵係手拉有彈性外,其餘真係好唔掂,先講個湯,有鹼水味,而個湯個甜味似加左砂糖個排骨先出事,外面應該用左黃薑粉醃味,所以外皮有黃色,但成塊豬扒係無味,一D味都無,連肉味都無,超級失望。4. 336 上海小籠包($36) ,皮唔夠薄,肉汁亦少環境衛生方面,入坐後見到其中一張椅應該之前倒瀉水,無人抹,而梳化位有飯粒,加上枱面有餸跡,抹唔乾淨🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️真係無下次。
